CEPC-PAC is a citizen-led political action committee focused on municipal, county, and local ballot issues affecting residents throughout Winnebago County & beyond.
The committee educates voters, engages community members, and supports advocacy efforts on local issues that directly impact our communities. CEPC-PAC is an Illinois political action committee that works to influence elections and public policy through voter engagement and candidate support.
CEPC-PAC believes that local government decisions matter. School boards, city councils, county boards, and local ballot initiatives often have a direct impact on the daily lives of residents. Through education, outreach, and civic participation, the group informs involvement in local elections and public policy discussions.

Unlike the Winnebago County Citizens for Choice organization, CEPC-PAC is a Political Action Committee (PAC), not a charitable nonprofit organization. Contributions to ROCPAC are used for political advocacy and related activities and are not tax-deductible as charitable donations.
